彭飞，男，教授，上海市首届青年东方学者（应用经济学）。先后获中央财经大学经济学学士、硕士学位；英国伯明翰大学经济学硕士、博士学位。主要研究方向为劳动经济学、国际经济学和文化经济学。在Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings、Economics Letters、Economic Modelling、Economic Analysis and Policy、Journal of Business Research、Journal of Cultural Economics、New Political Economy、Policy & Politics、Regional Studies、Studies in Higher Education等国际知名期刊发表论文40余篇,在《财贸经济》《数量经济技术经济研究》《科研管理》等国内权威期刊发表论文20余篇。主持国家发改委重大问题软科学研究项目，参与欧盟第5-7框架协议研究项目、联合国工业发展组织2018年度报告背景研究和国家发改委委托研究项目。兼任Academy of Management Proceedings、Economic Modelling、Energy Economics、Socio-Economic Review、International Business Review、The British Journal of Politics and International Relations、《会计与经济研究》《国际商务》 等期刊审稿人。
